Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For packages lost in transit<\/strong>, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To submit a claim, please contact us at contact@bracketdcd.com<\/a><\/strong> with your order details and a description of the issue. Please accompagny a claim for defective item with a photo of the defect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns & Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • All orders are fulfilled by Printful<\/strong>, and returned shipments should be sent only to the return address provided by Printful<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • When a returned shipment is received at the fulfillment center, an automated email notification will be sent to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Unclaimed returns<\/strong> are donated to charity after 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong> If a returned package is not sent to the Printful facility as instructed, you may be liable for any costs associated with the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Incorrect or Insufficient Address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will be liable for reshipment costs<\/strong> once the updated address is confirmed with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For unclaimed shipments, you are responsible for any reshipment costs, or the order may be donated to charity if not claimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Products Not Eligible for Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Face masks and other sealed goods<\/strong> that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Custom or personalized products are also generally not eligible for return<\/strong>, except for misprints or defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Orders returned without authorization or for buyer\u2019s remorse will not be refunded, except where local law (e.g., EU consumer rights)<\/strong> requires it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customer-Initiated Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Customers must contact us before returning any items<\/strong>, otherwise the return will not be registered by the facility and the item might be lost, in which the customer is liable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We do not offer refunds<\/strong> for buyer\u2019s remorse, except for customers in Brazil<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you accept a return or size exchange, you will need to place a new order<\/strong> at your expense for the replacement item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For customers in Brazil, returns for regret must be requested within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the item. The product will be inspected for use or damage, and refunds may be denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    EU Consumer Rights Notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Under Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    BRACKET [DCD] reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion in these cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
