Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

To submit a claim, please contact us at contact@bracketdcd.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Please accompagny a claim for defective item with a photo of the defect.

Returns & Shipping

Important: If a returned package is not sent to the Printful facility as instructed, you may be liable for any costs associated with the shipment.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment center.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once the updated address is confirmed with you.

For unclaimed shipments, you are responsible for any reshipment costs, or the order may be donated to charity if not claimed.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Face masks and other sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Custom or personalized products are also generally not eligible for return, except for misprints or defects.

Orders returned without authorization or for buyer’s remorse will not be refunded, except where local law (e.g., EU consumer rights) requires it.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Customers must contact us before returning any items, otherwise the return will not be registered by the facility and the item might be lost, in which the customer is liable.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, except for customers in Brazil

If you accept a return or size exchange, you will need to place a new order at your expense for the replacement item.

For customers in Brazil, returns for regret must be requested within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the item. The product will be inspected for use or damage, and refunds may be denied.

EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

BRACKET [DCD] reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion in these cases.

This Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations, and is subject to the laws of England & Wales.
